We are a small family run business, delighted to invite our guests to experience the beauty of Hayes Farm and our surrounding converted barns. Providing country escapes and the perfect place for family and friends to get-together.

Hayes Farm came into our family around Christmas 2015. Our team spent three years renovating the farmhouse and constructing the private track to the main road, improving access. In 2018, we opened up the farmhouse for guests, with the bungalow followed soon after. We added the oak garden room extension to the bungalow in 2020. In 2021, we began work on renovating the old farm buildings. The Haybarn and Stables were completed in May 2022, The Calf Shed and English Barn in June, and finally The Piggery and The Dairy in August of the same year.
We strive to improve the farm year by year offering more amenities to our guests. Tree planting, countryside stewardship and the environment are intrinsic to our values. We aim to provide the best experience possible for our guests, whilst supporting the surrounding wildlife.

Farm buildings renovations Part 1 – February 2021
With Hayes farm house and the bungalow successfully hosting guests from all over the world since 2018. We felt the time was right to renovate the six disused farm buildings on site. Unsuitable for modern farming but with beautiful stonework and roofs we felt the buildings ideal for for new holiday lets.

Farm buildings renovations Part 2 – May 2021
Whilst the initial plan was to complete the first four buildings we soon realised the value of completing all six buildings together. The logistical advantages of having the builders already on site and able to switch between different tasks on different buildings was hugely advantageous. However, the inconvenience of having only half of the site completed, with guests of the newly renovated lets having to endure a building site for a year, convinced us that we had to finish all six buildings in one go. Able to finance the rest of the project we began work on the Piggery and Dairy.
