A detached countryside bungalow set within peaceful farmland, The Bungalow offers spacious accommodation for families or small groups looking for a relaxed rural base in the Cotswolds.
Sleeping up to five guests, the bungalow features a king ensuite bedroom, a twin room and a single bedroom, along with a comfortable living room and a standout oak garden room with far-reaching views towards the Malvern Hills and May Hill. The garden room provides a light-filled space for family meals, games and quiet moments throughout the day.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large patio with BBQ, a smaller south-facing terrace outside the master bedroom, and a generous grassy area for children to play. With countryside walks from the door, landscaped grounds across the Hayes Farm estate, and easy parking via a private entrance, The Bungalow is ideal for longer family stays and outdoor adventures.
While simpler in style than our newly converted barns, The Bungalow offers space, privacy and a beautiful setting for relaxed family breaks.

Essentials
This is a self-catering facility. We provide bedding and towels for our guests. A small amount of tea, coffee and sugar. Dishwasher tablets. Toilet roll, soap and shampoo. Travel cot and high chair available on request in any of our properties.

Beautiful location. Bungalow super cosy with very large garden which my toddlers made the most of. Lovely little Christmas break 🙂

Each of our accommodations have been painstakingly restored and renovated to a beautiful finish for the perfect escape to a rural haven. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with luxury country accommodation, but with the personality of the once working buildings of Hayes Farm.
Thank you Yvonne and Philip, we had a wonderful stay at bungalow. The house was perfect for us and the location excellent for exploring the Cotswolds. Lovely walks from the farm and Haresfield Beacon well worth a visit especially on a clear day – you can see for miles! We look forward to returning in the near future all being well. Many thanks!
