Sleeping up to four guests, The Stables offers generous living space across two floors, including a large kitchen and dining area, a spacious lounge, and two ensuite bedrooms upstairs — one king bedroom with bath and Juliet balcony overlooking the rolling Cotswolds landscape, and one double bedroom with ensuite shower.
Outside, guests can relax on the private patio with seating and BBQ, while taking in far-reaching views towards Gloucester, the Malvern Hills and May Hill. Set within the Hayes Farm estate, guests also enjoy access to landscaped grounds, countryside walks straight from the door, a shared games room and laundry facilities, with easy parking via a private track leading to the property.

This is a self-catering facility. We provide bedding and towels for our guests. A small amount of tea, coffee and sugar. Dishwasher tablets. Toilet roll, soap and shampoo. Travel cot and high chair available on request in any of our properties.

An incredible stay near Gloucester! This converted farm is beautifully situated and very well furnished. The house was impeccably clean with two lovely bedrooms with en-suites, a large lounge and a spacious kitchen. The 55 inch TV with the works was a great addition. No complaints at all. Thank you!

Each of our accommodations have been painstakingly restored and renovated to a beautiful finish for the perfect escape to a rural haven. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with luxury country accommodation, but with the personality of the once working buildings of Hayes Farm.
This property is absolutely beautifully renovated. The layout was perfect as you had enough space to socialise in the kitchen and separate living room. The quality of the finish is great. The farm, main house, converted barns are absolutely stunning. A lot of care has been taken when considering the overall look and experience. We enjoyed walks from the farm and visited the local villages which hosted an array of shops and pubs. Would definitely highly recommend this property and owners
