Outside, you’ll find a large, beautifully kept garden perfect for a BBQ. Relax in the serene surroundings, amongst the fish pond and wide array of pretty flowers and ancient trees.
In the evenings, cosy up inside in front of the fire or wood-burning stove.
Private track leading directly to a large parking area to the side of the farmhouse.

Essentials
This is a self-catering facility. We provide bedding and towels for our guests. A small amount of tea, coffee and sugar. A well stocked kitchen with a fridge freezer and 2 smaller fridges. A charcoal BBQ. Washing machine and dryer. Travel cot and high chair available on request in any of our properties.

Three large bedrooms on the first floor, one en-suite king, another king and a double bedroom, one bathroom with bath and shower. Hayes Farm is the perfect base to explore the Cotswolds or just relax in the large comfy house or the stunning beautifully maintained gardens. Walk the surrounding fields and hills taking in 170 acres of farmland, Revel in the fantastic views of the Cotswolds hills. The perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside. Relax by the fire with a DVD or Sky Q. Listen to music or enjoy our selection of books and board games. The top floor boasts another TV with DVD and Super Nintendo.
Picturesque farmhouse and in a great location. It’s a short drive from some fantastic walks around the Cotswolds. Would highly recommend for a getaway location to experience the countryside

We had a fabulous stay. The house is amazing and the grounds and gardens were lovely. We had a family reunion for Thanksgiving and everyone was thrilled with the house. We would definitely stay again
