We joined Airbnb in 2018 and quickly achieved Superhost status — something we’ve proudly maintained thanks to consistently happy guests. Across all platforms we’ve now welcomed over 1000 visitors, earning over 500 Airbnb reviews with an average rating of 4.89 out of 5.
More recently, guests on Booking.com have rated Hayes Farm 9.5 “Exceptional”, we are also a VRBO Premier Host and hold a five-star Google rating.
But what matters most to us isn’t just the scores — it’s that many of our guests return year after year, often bringing friends and family with them.
First time booking via Airbnb and we came across Hayes Farm, a beautiful hidden treasure in the Cotswold. We stayed in the Piggery which has been renovated to a high standard with all the needed amenities. We were provided with a travel cot on arrival and the host were very responsive if we needed a question answered. Beautiful farm scenery, quiet and peaceful – Much needed with our busy lifestyle. Would 100% stay here again.

2025 was our best year yet, and as we continue to improve the farm, refresh our spaces and expand our facilities, we’re excited to welcome even more guests in 2026.
We had a wonderful stay in the converted barn. The setting is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside, and the property itself is finished to a very high standard. Everything was spotless, well thought out, and really comfortable for the five of us. Phil was a very helpful and responsive host, which made everything even easier. It felt both luxurious and homely, and we loved waking up to such a tranquil location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in stunning surroundings.
Quiet family weekend in a rural setting on stunning grade II listed farm. Farm outbuildings converted to holiday cottages very elegantly preserving the Cotswold stonework and character. Our stay in Hay Barn (double bedroom and twin Bedroom) had beautiful view of sunrise and sunset over Gloucestershire countryside. Modern interiors gave a very comfortable stay . Kitchen with open plan dinning and TV Lounge ideal for family evenings and relaxing. Bed very comfy with clean bed linen. Fluffy towels. Bathrooms have excellent hot powerful showers. Modern Central heating controlled separately for each room. Games room good for rainy days. Table tennis, table football, board games, darts. Kitchen has microwave hob oven and dishwasher. All new and in very good working order. A delight to cook in this kitchen. Lots to do. Stroud and Gloucester 15min drive In a weekend visited Stroud farmers market , Gloucester cathedral, Westonbirt arboretum, Woodchester woods.
We had a lovely weekend in the English Barn with friends. A very modern renovation. Kitchen and ensuite bathrooms immaculate. The setting was quiet with wonderful views of surrounding countryside. Had fun in the games room and played crazy golf. Would definitely recommend it!
Our family of nine adults had a lovely pre-Christmas get-together at the farmhouse, that was so welcoming, warm and cosy, just what we needed. Made good use of the log fire too! Perfect location for walking and visiting the local surroundings. Our hosts were lovely and approachable. Would certainly recommend a stay here! Thank you.
